WORK PERMITS
Parents and guardians may obtain a work permit by following the instructions below. Note that parents and guardians are required to pay the work permit application fee at the time of purchase. After the payment has processed the parent or guardian will receive an email confirmation and the permit will be printed and mailed directly to the employer.

2023 ACT TEST PREP…
NHS will be starting our ACT Test Prep program earlier this year than last. Juniors will be spending one class period each Wednesday specifically preparing for each component of the ACT Test: Science, English, Reading, Writing, and Math.
We are planning two Saturday morning sessions that will be voluntary. The content here will be a bit more intensive. The dates for the Saturday Sessions are: February 18, 2023 and February 25, 2023 from 8:00 am-11:00 am..

LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
Each year generous community members and local organizations offer a multitude of scholarship opportunities for NHS seniors. We take this information and create the "Local Scholarship Packet". The students have until 3:30 on Friday, March 8, 2024, to complete the desired applications.

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
NEW!! NHS has implemented Electronic Transcript Requests using Parchment Exchange for all alumni of Northwestern High School.
Click on the "Order my Transcript" button below to access the Parchment Exchange website to register. You will register as a "Learner" to request a transcript.
The cost is $5 per transcript - which you will pay directly to Parchment during the request process.
